The Coventry winter series was once again well attended, and it was dominated by BULLITT engines. TQ & the win went to new signing Graham Alsop on his first official outing with his BULLITT B-218, Graham dominated qualifying and put in a composed drive in the final, making use of his easy 10 minute stops to take a comfortable win.
NEMO driver Leon Goode qualified an excellent second with his new Agama A8 EVO FR, and would go on to take 3rd in the main final with the Agama/BULLITT package, setting the fastest lap along the way. Leon was conservative with his Pitstop strategy, going for 2 stops although he thought he could do 1. Backing up these 2 guys were Richard Greenough (BULLITT) and Kong Mckenzie (BULLITT), both guys putting in excellent drives in the main final to finish 4th & 5th respectively.

Down Saawf, Slough to be exact the Slough winter series was as ever, very well attended and NEMO team Admiral Jon Hazlewood put in another great performance, further emphasising his recent return to form. Jon would qualify 3rd for the main final with his BULLITT/A8 EVO FR. BETA tyre combo. Jon made a great start to the main final, getting into the lead early and then having a great battle with Elliot Boots, the two passing and re-passing each other. Jon thought he had got it win when he out jumped Elliot to take the lead, and with Elliot making a mistake straight after.

Unfortunately as the light faded, Jon had a nightmare lap only a minute or so from the end with 3 crashes to ultimately finish 2nd. Jon was a little disappointed to have lost the win, but also happy with the competitiveness of the package. Jon has used the very same set up at each of the last 4 meetings, and has felt the car to be very good at each of them. Backing up Jon was recent team addition Mark Dell, on only his 2nd outing with is Agama Mark would take a great 7th overall on a day with many national A finalists in attendance.
