Clik here to view.Blakey reports from the recent Noel Nitro race held on the 29th and 30th December in Lancashire in the north of England… The indoor dirt track proved a big hit with nearly 150 drivers in attendance. Hot Bodies driver Graham Alsop, pictured with wife Rachel, took his D8/LP2 buggy to the A-Main win after a race long seesaw battle with Neil Cragg and worlds TQ star Elliot Boots, with Elliot taking the runner up spot and Neil 3rd on the podium after some jaw dropping driving. Hot Bodies driver John Holmes would make it two drivers in the top six finishing a great 5th overall with his HPI powered D8 after an eventful final in which he drove incredibly well.
In the truggy class the Hot Bodies D8T/LP2 of Mick Butler would take TQ with the only truggy hitting 12 laps in qualifying and going on to take the main win by 2 laps. Many thanks to all the Hot Bodies drivers at the meeting and we wish you all a very Happy New Year and great racing in 2013. Thanks to Mark Kay of TKRrc for the photos.
